These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all bookings made through the Ti Piment website or via our contact channels (email, WhatsApp, phone).
By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these GTC without reservation.
Bookings are made:
A booking becomes firm and final only after our written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) and receipt of the deposit.
Rates are displayed in euros (€) and include:
Not included: Tourist tax, optional services, personal expenses.
Cancellations must be notified in writing (email).
In case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. You will be offered an equivalent alternative or a full refund.
Different times may be arranged by prior agreement.
Keys will be handed over personally or via a secure lockbox. Detailed instructions will be sent before your arrival.
The accommodation may not be occupied by more persons than indicated in the booking. Subletting is strictly prohibited.

Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. An outdoor area is provided for smokers.
Parties and excessive noise are not permitted. Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM).

Our liability is limited to properly performing our contractual obligations. We cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage to guests' personal property.
The tenant is liable for damage caused to the accommodation, its equipment, or neighbors. The security deposit may be used to cover repairs.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation and personal liability insurance.
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform their obligations due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government decisions, etc.).
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.
In case of dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to find an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
